These Terms govern use of AyaSura.com and purchases or digital products offered by Aya & Sura, LLC.
About Aya & Sura
Aya & Sura creates children's stories, activities, cards, books, digital resources, apps and related products for families. Product availability may change over time.
Adult use of the website
Our website, shop, checkout, mailing list and customer forms are intended for adults. Parents/guardians are responsible for deciding which materials are appropriate for their children.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Aya & Sura characters, artwork, stories, text, logos, product designs, activity pages, downloads and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Aya & Sura, LLC. Purchasing/downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may not resell digital files, upload paid downloads to public sharing sites, reproduce products for commercial resale, remove ownership notices and redistribute the work as your own, or use Aya & Sura characters/art commercially without permission.
Household use of digital products
Unless a product states otherwise, a family digital purchase may be used by children living in the same household. It does not automatically include classroom, school-wide, masjid/program, commercial tutoring or multi-household use. Group/classroom licensing may be offered separately.
Adventure Club — Founding Season
The Aya & Sura Adventure Club is an ongoing product concept built around recurring monthly story-and-activity releases. The initial Founding Season is a one-time purchase covering three monthly releases.
Current staging offer: $24.99 total for three digital monthly Adventure releases.
The Founding Season does not automatically renew unless a future checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Founding Season delivery timing
The first Adventure is expected approximately 14 days after the founding enrollment period closes. The second and third are expected approximately one month apart after the first. Exact release dates should be shown or emailed when real enrollment opens.
What happens after the Founding Season
Completion of the Founding Season does not automatically create another paid plan. Aya & Sura may invite Founding families to join a future season or ongoing plan, but future payment requires an active customer choice unless the customer separately agrees to recurring billing.
Physical Adventure Club editions
If a physical Club option is later offered, the product page should state what is printed, whether digital files are included, shipping charges, expected timing and whether issues ship monthly or as a compilation. Staging references to future physical formats are not an offer for sale.
Digital products
Digital products may include PDFs, images, audio, printable cards or other downloadable files. Because digital files can be copied immediately after delivery, refunds may be limited after access/download, subject to applicable law and the refund policy shown at checkout. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact Aya & Sura for support.
Physical products
Physical products may be fulfilled by Aya & Sura or third-party providers. Delivery estimates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page. Applicable tax, shipping or required charges may be added at checkout. Aya & Sura may change prices for future purchases; changes do not alter completed orders.
Orders
Aya & Sura may refuse/cancel an order for obvious pricing/technical errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, inability to fulfill, or violation of these Terms. If a paid unfulfilled order is cancelled by Aya & Sura, the appropriate payment should be refunded.
Refunds and replacements
Refund/replacement rules may vary by product type. Before production launch, publish a dedicated Refund / Returns policy covering physical returns, damaged/misprinted items, wrong items, lost shipments, digital purchases, Founding Season cancellations and print-on-demand items.
Card audio and QR resources
Some physical card products contain QR codes that connect to audio, instructions or companion resources. Aya & Sura intends to maintain those product-support resources as the website evolves. If a QR code stops working, use the Card Audio & Resources page or Contact page.
App
The Aya & Sura app may have separate platform terms/privacy notices. Website descriptions should distinguish current app features from planned features.
Educational and religious content
Aya & Sura creates stories and learning materials for families. They are not a substitute for personalized religious, educational, medical or professional advice. Where Quran, Arabic or Islamic teaching content appears, Aya & Sura may use human review appropriate to the content. Families remain responsible for choosing materials that fit their needs and beliefs.
Availability and changes
We may update pages, improve/discontinue features, revise formats, replace downloadable files, update companion resources and change future offerings. Completed purchases remain governed by the terms applicable to that transaction.
Third-party services
The website may rely on third parties for ecommerce, payments, email, hosting, print-on-demand, shipping and app distribution. Aya & Sura is not responsible for every interruption or policy change caused by those platforms, although we will make reasonable efforts to support affected customers.
Disclaimer
To the extent allowed by law, the site/content are provided on an "as available" basis. Aya & Sura does not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aya & Sura will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the site or digital content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as products/services change. The current version will be posted with the revision date.
